Be Noble Inc. and The Crew strive to support and grow the number of emerging entrepreneurs across Noble County so they thrive! The Youth Business Fair provides a pathway for Noble County teen students to gain traction, receive feedback, and grow! It happens in March during NoblePalooza, an Expo to Thrive, and those who participate will receive free business coaching and can take advantage of a zero-interest loan to get started!

Students who are home schooled, or in public or private schools, and have business ideas, have already developed a product or service, or just want to network and learn more are invited to participate in the Youth Business Fair.

Participation is free. All participants are eligible to attend classes at The Crew in Kendallville to prepare for the Fair and may be eligible for funding from a zero-interest loan program.

Entrance for the public to NoblePalooza! is FREE and will likely attract 750+ Noble County residents, based on 2025 attendance.

We will be champions of all participating exhibitors/vendors.

No student will be left behind! Although space is limited, everyone who applies and is eligible to participate will receive one-on-one support to help grow.
