- LOCAL VOLUNTEER NEEDSHolly Jones, Deputy Clerk for Noble County, is currently recruiting community volunteers to work the election polls. She can be reached at holly.jones@nobleco.gov or (260) 636-2736. Individuals who are interested in volunteering will be trained and can help fill openings during early voting at various locations, as well as work on election day. Volunteers are needed throughout the month of April, weekdays and Saturdays, as well as in early May leading up to the Primary election on May 7, 2024. To confirm eligibility, please send first and last name and note if under 18 years of age. All volunteers must be registered to vote. Party affiliation will also need to be confirmed in order to determine what roles volunteers might fill. That information can be emailed or discussed by phone separately. Please provide a phone number so Holly can follow up. Thank you for considering serving your community as a volunteer poll worker! I have done this many times over the years and enjoy it. If you have questions about the experience, feel free to ask me.
